Can I purchase from Arborgreen as an individual?

Definitely! Whilst Arborgreen mainly services trade professionals within the landscaping, arboricultural and horticultural sectors; individuals looking for top quality horticultural tools, tree guards and commercial grade fertilisers are welcome to purchase via our webstore. Note: if you are nearby to one of our warehouses you can specify a pickup address during checkout – we will contact you as soon as your order is ready. We strive to impress with our prompt delivery; over 70% of orders leave our warehouses on the day of the order. Often your goods will arrive within 2 to 3 days!

 

I live in a rural destination in outback Australia far from any courier depots; what is the best way to deliver goods to me?

Arborgreen has a number of key courier providers who pick up from warehouses across Australia and deliver to your door. Each courier can vary in their delivery service, depending on the destination. I'd like to get a parcel sent to my home address, however I may not be there to receive and sign for goods; can Arborgreen arrange for the goods to be left at an agreed location?

Yes. Often you may be too busy or away from the delivery address to personally sign for the receipt of goods. Simply let us know at the time of your order and we will arrange for the couriers to deliver as per your instructions.

Please note: Arborgreen is not responsible for the theft or loss of goods if you choose this option. We rely solely on your confidence in your local neighbourhood and the privacy of the location goods are left on the job-site or premises. If unsure, play it safe; arrange for a nearby business, neighbour, friend or relative to receive the goods on your behalf.

 

I need to order chainsaw protective trousers or chaps but I am not sure which size is best for me?

The product's detail page often has some handy tips or charts for finding the best size. However, if you find the product is the wrong size, we’re happy to arrange return the goods and send you the correct size. Please note that additional postage charges are at the buyer’s expense, unless advised otherwise by our sales team.

What is your freight policy?

If you're an Australian business we'd love to hear from you. Register by filling in the Application Form. This service offer is designed for council departments, erosion control & revegetation experts and trade professionals who purchase in volume on a regular basis.

 

I’ve found more competitive pricing from another company; do you match advertised prices?
