Arborgreen and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Arborgreen, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Arborgreen service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Arborgreen, whether or not included in the Arborgreen Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
Temporary Energy & Input Cost Levy - Valid as of 9/4/2026
Due to ongoing instability in global energy markets, driven by geopolitical tensions and their impact on crude oil supply and pricing, we are experiencing significant and sustained increases in input costs across our supply chain.
These cost pressures are directly affecting a number of the product categories we supply, particularly:
- Plastic products — including tree guards, stakes, and related horticultural plastics, which are manufactured from petroleum-based resins whose price moves directly with crude oil
- Fertilisers — which rely heavily on hydrocarbon feedstocks in their production process
- High freight-cost materials — including erosion matting, bulk landscaping supplies, and other heavy or volume-sensitive products where transport costs represent a significant component of the landed price.
While we have worked hard to absorb these increases wherever possible, the scale and pace of these cost pressures – with some supplier pricing moving week on week – make it no longer sustainable to do so without some adjustment. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining stable and transparent base pricing on our products rather than passing unpredictable cost movements directly into individual product prices.
Accordingly, a temporary 3% Energy & Input Cost Levy* will apply to all new quotes and orders from the 9th of April 2026.
This levy will be clearly itemised as a separate line on all quotes and invoices. It will not apply to orders accepted prior to the introduction date.
*This measure is intended to be temporary, with the levy subject to change after review on the last day of each month. We are closely monitoring energy and raw material markets, and the levy will be adjusted according to conditions.
We recognise this represents a change to normal trading terms and appreciate your understanding. Our team remains committed to reliable supply, consistent quality, and keeping you informed of any further changes.

Quote Validity
Going forward, all quotes will be valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We recommend accepting quotes promptly to secure pricing.
TREE GUARD DISCLAIMER
The use of tree guards in planting is intended to aid in the protection of seedlings from browsing by wildlife and domestic animals. While tree guards may reduce the likelihood of damage, their use does not constitute a guarantee of protection or survival of the seedlings. Effectiveness may vary depending on environmental factors, animal pressure, installation method, and maintenance practices. The manufacturer, distributor, and/or installer of the tree guards will not be liable for any loss, damage, or failure associated with their use.

All items purchased from Arborgreen are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Arborgreen and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Arborgreen does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Arborgreen itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Arborgreen or to products you purchase through Arborgreen shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Arborgreen's intellectual property rights, Arborgreen may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of an independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
