Q. I don’t belong to a company; can I still buy off Arborgreen as an individual?

A. Definitely! Whilst Arborgreen mainly services the trade professionals within the landscaping, arboricultural, and horticultural industries, we also sell to those individuals that prefer commercial grade quality.

Q. I live in a rural destination in outback Australia far from any courier depots; What is the best way to deliver goods to me?

A. Arborgreen has a number of key contract couriers (ie TNT, Fastway, StarTrack, AAE) who pick up from warehouses across Australia and deliver to your door. Each courier can vary in their delivery service, depending on the destination. To get an accurate estimation on who best to have your goods delivered by, be free to get in touch with our friendly support team. We can place a note on your account once the most cost/time efficient courier is established for future deliveries.

Q. I’d like to get a parcel sent to my home address, though may not be there to receive and sign for goods; Can Arborgreen arrange for the goods to be left at an agreed location?

A. Yes, this is a win/win solution! Often you may be too busy or away from the delivery address to personally sign for the receval of goods. Simply let us know at the time of your order, and we’ll arrange for the couriers to deliver as per your instructions.

Please note that Arborgreen is not responsible for the theft or loss of goods if you choose this option. We rely solely on your confidence in your local neighbourhood, and the privacy of the location goods are left on the jobsite/premises. If unsure, play it safe; arrange for a nearby neighbour/friend/relative to receive the goods on your behalf.

Q. I need to order a pair of trousers and shoes, though aren’t sure which size is best for me?

A. We have some handy tips on finding the best size, though if you accidentally order the worng sizes, we’re more than happy to return the goods and send you the correct size. Please note that additional postage charges are the buyer’s expense, unless advised otherwise by a company staff member.

Q. Do you take refunds?

Q. I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website; How can I search for this product?

A. Arborgreen Online has a streamlined search tool to quickly find any products you cannot see within the store. If you still cannot find what you’re after, be free to get in touch with our friendly support team.

Q. What is your freight policy?

A. One of the great features Arborgreen customers love is the fair freight system; you usually only pay at cost, and often larger orders are subsidized or even free! Check out the freight policy within our Terms and Conditions section for more information.

Q. How can I qualify for Trade Online?

A. Simply register by filling in the application form. This service offer is designed solely for trade professionals who purchase in volume, and on a regular basis. For more information, visit our Trade Customers page.

Q. I’ve found a slightly more competitive pricing from another company; do you match or beat other companies’ advertised prices?

A. If you find an advertised price in the Australian market which is lower than Arborgreen's Online Store published price on any product, Arborgreen will beat that price by 10% and will honour the matched price for the next 6 months, for quotations/invoices no older than 2 months ago. To receive deductions, customer must first fax through their current written quote or invoice displaying the lower price. When the product in question is an Arborgreen manufactured product, (e.g. Tree Sleeves), Arborgreen will honour the guarantee on equivalent products from other manufacturers. After 10% price beat, total order must still exceed $100 ex GST. Please note that this price beat policy excludes custom made products. For customers eligible for free delivery, faxed quotes with lower prices must include the cost of delivery. Faxed quotes and invoices are deemed current if dated after January 01, 2015.
